Our award-winning sourdough is our specialty, but all products are freshly-made on site using traditional artisan production techniques with a large dose of care, time and attention.

Our Ethos
We use only organic or environmentally sustainable ingredients from ethical suppliers (local where possible), and hand-shaping and long-fermentation techniques for the best possible quality, taste and nutritional value.
Bakerman Bread
Our bread range changes from week to week, with various guest loaves added to our regular offerings. Check our social media or the menu board in the shop for current selections.

Some people call it our ‘plain’ sourdough, we don’t think so. Naturally leavened and made with a blend of white, wholemeal and dark rye flours.
